JaMétroTard - Métro de Paris: Real-time Traffic Information
JaMétroTard is a community application that provides real-time traffic information on the RATP network and public transportation in Île-de-France (SNCF). The app retrieves various messages sent on Twitter and filters them according to different incidents and events such as delays, strikes, suicides, slow-downs, and disturbances. You can also contribute directly to the app by reporting a new incident if you do not have a Twitter account.
With JaMétroTard, you can evaluate the state of your line by the absence or abundance of messages. You can follow the evolution of disturbances thanks to comments and confirmations from users. This helps you modify your itinerary accordingly and avoid surprises when arriving on the platform. The app allows you to check disturbances on all lines, filter them by line, and bookmark your daily lines.
JaMétroTard manages several lines of transport, including metros 1 to 14, RER A, B, C, D, and E, and trams T1, T2, and T3. The app will soon add features such as notifications in case of significant disturbances on your favorite lines and sharing on different social networks.
